These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clarivo, an AI-powered decision intelligence platform operated by Jayvera Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Clarivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Clarivo provides AI-powered tools to help individuals analyze and make better decisions. Features include decision analysis, confidence scoring, scenario simulation, decision journaling, and various AI-assisted thinking frameworks. The service is available at myclarivo.com and through any associated mobile applications.
Clarivo offers both free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets. Features available to each tier are described on our pricing page and may change over time with reasonable notice.

You may not share your account with others, create accounts for others, or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Clarivo offers the following subscription tiers: Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite. Each tier provides different features as described on our pricing page. Features may be updated from time to time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@myclarivo.com.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree not to use Clarivo to:
You retain ownership of the decisions, text, and other content you submit to Clarivo ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant Jayvera Studios a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the service.
Clarivo and all associated software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding Your Content) are the property of Jayvera Studios and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of Clarivo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JAYVERA STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF CLARIVO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jayvera Studios and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Clarivo shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
